In this initial phase, we dive deep into understanding your story to set your wedding's priorities and budget. It's the beginning of our journey together, where we start crafting a foundation that mirrors your unique narrative and dreams, laying the groundwork for the magic to unfold.

Design Your Day

This is where your inspiration comes to life. This stage is about organizing your ideas and sourcing the perfect vendors to manifest the look and feel of your wedding day. We'll weave your style and story into every detail, creating a cohesive and stunning aesthetic that feels undeniably you.

Plan the Details

With the design set, planning takes full swing. This phase is about bringing all the elements together — researching, connecting, and managing all the vendors who will bring your day to life. From tastings and mockups to crafting detailed timelines, we ensure every aspect is meticulously organized and aligned with your vision.

Let's Get You Married!

In the final 60 days, our focus shifts to execution, where we provide comprehensive support to ensure everything comes together flawlessly. During this time, every detail is fine-tuned, and on your wedding day, we're there to coordinate each moment, allowing you to immerse fully in the celebration without a single worry.

Share Your Vision

This call is our first chance to meet face to face, to swap stories and chat visions. It’s casual and heartfelt—a space for you to ask questions, talk through your hopes, and share what kind of support would feel most helpful. We’ll walk you through how we work, and together we’ll begin imagining what this partnership could look like.

Receive Your Custom Proposal

Following our conversation, we’ll thoughtfully craft a custom proposal just for you. There are no one-size-fits-all packages here—just a tailored plan built around your priorities, event scope, and the kind of experience you want to have throughout your engagement and wedding weekend.

Make It Official

If your proposal feels aligned and you're ready to move forward, you’ll sign our contract and pay the deposit to reserve your date in our calendar. With that, the planning officially begins—and we’ll be right beside you, ready to bring it all to life with clarity, care, and excitement.

Every wedding or event is unique, so we approach pricing with the same level of care. Most of our clients invest between $5,500 and $10,000, depending on the scope of the event, location, and onsite needs. We provide custom quotes for each celebration to ensure you receive an accurate reflection of what your specific day requires.

What can we expect to invest for your services?

The journey begins with a signed contract, followed by a 20% retainer to secure your date. The remaining balance is then broken into four manageable payments leading up to your wedding, ensuring everything is settled smoothly.

What is the booking process & payment schedule?

Absolutely! We're thrilled to plan weddings both near and far, embracing each unique location. While our primary focus is within the US, we love exploring new possibilities. Let’s discuss your dream destination to see how we can make it happen.

Do you plan weddings outside TX?

You’ll have me, Peyton, and one or two associates, depending on your event's size, ensuring every detail is managed perfectly. For larger affairs, additional staffing can be arranged a la carte to meet your needs.

Who will be there on the big day?

Vendor management depends on your chosen package. Full planning means you won’t have to manage any vendors; I’ll handle everything. Month-of management takes over all vendor coordination close to the event, and partial planning offers a mix, with options to enhance vendor management through a la carte services as needed.

Will I need to manage vendors?

For sure! We offer bespoke event design, planning, and management for corporate events, as well as events like bridal showers, vow renewals, anniversaries, and more. To learn more, please get in touch by filling out the form here.

Do you plan non-wedding events?

Our job is to manage your vendor team, keep everyone on schedule, and help with personal items during the event. This often entails loading gifts into your mom’s car, placing the guest book, and making sure the marriage license goes home with the right person. On the other hand, our team is not in charge of setting up and tearing down main decor such as florals, tablescapes, candles, etc. and we don’t handle trash disposal or cleanup in the bridal or groom's suites. If you, your wedding party, or family would rather not manage these tasks, we highly recommend adding an additional coordinator from our à la carte offerings, or we can connect you with some great setup and teardown crews.
